VOTB Fieldworkers Day 2026
28-05-2026 On 11 June 11 2026 VOTB is organizing a Fieldworkers Day for and by CPT operators and drilling specialists. This hands-on event will take place at GeoFort in Herwijnen (The Netherlands) and is fully focused on knowledge sharing, exchanging experiences, and improving field practices together.
Practical focus
During the Fieldworkers Day, participants will have the opportunity to closely observe and compare each other’s working methods. Several CPT rigs will be set up on site, allowing different techniques and approaches to be evaluated side by side. This offers valuable insights for professionals working daily in geotechnical field operations. In addition to the practical demonstrations, there will be room for in-depth knowledge sharing. Participants can join various workshops and discussions covering current topics and challenges within the field. The day provides an accessible and informal setting to learn from one another.

A.P. van den Berg will also be present at this event. Multiple Track-Trucks produced by us will be showcased on site, including innovative solutions such as the electric crawler-based Track-Truck.
