New Management and Sales Team at A.P. van den Berg
NEW MANAGEMENT
A.P. van den Berg starts 2026 with a renewed management team. As of January 1 Mark Laffra has been appointed Managing Director. Mark has been part of the family business since 2020 and brings a strong combination of technical expertise, operational experience and leadership to further strengthen the company’s strategic course.
At the beginning of January, Caspar Botter also joined A.P. van den Berg as Commercial Director. With extensive international experience in both direct and indirect sales of electronics and machinery, Caspar will further enhance the company’s commercial strength.
With this new management team, A.P. van den Berg continues to focus on quality, innovation and technical excellence, with the goal of further professionalizing the organization.

Bert Eising - International Account Manager Onshore
Bert is the primary contact for the sale of equipment and instrumentation for the onshore market. He started on December 1 and brings extensive international sales experience from the agricultural machinery industry.
