Concept design

From idea to concept design: a professional team of experienced designers translates your idea to a concept design, draw up the pre-conditions and requirements and perform a feasibility study. Based on this a cost estimate is made.

Engineering

After approval of the concept design and the cost estimate by the client, the actual engineering starts. Our engineers have a solid knowledge and large experience in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, informatin technology, hydraulics and pneumatics. They use the latest design and calculation facilities.

Designing and drawing

The result of the engineering process is a file with construction calculations, composition drawings, production drawings and production instructions. With this file you can have the machine manufactured in any desired, qualified machine factory.

Project supervision

If desired we can assist you in the coordination and planning of the technical and logistic aspects of the production process and offer support to the production workers.

EC-declaration of conformity for machinery

Our engineering bureau is entirely familiar with making a risk inventory and risk reduction report for the CE-marking for machines (machine directive), whether they were designed in our own factory or by others. You are always assured of demonstrable quality.

Installation and putting into use

Our project leader is present to make sure that your machine is installed and put into use correctly. He instructs your operators about use and maintenance. Once the project is concluded, you will have a machine in perfect working order.

In case there are problems with your machine our after-sales-service stands ready for you.
