Our Mini CPT Crawler is the answer to Cone Penetration Tests at difficult to access locations. With its compact dimensions it can still perform Cone Penetration Tests with a total reaction force of about 100 kN. Moreover, special cones are available in order to reach greater depths with less force.
The Mini CPT Crawler works in conjunction with the standard HYSON 100 kN-LW (also previously suplied models). The Cone Penetration Test unit is removable and can be used as a stand-alone unit next to the vehicle.
The CPT Crawler has a variable track gauge in order to increase stability in the field. With a minimum width of 780 mm the crawler can usually even pass through doors or be transported in a minibus.
The hydraulic anchor setting device increases efficiency compared to conventional anchoring with a HYGAND or by hand.
